Present the new #you

I’ve added an updated picture to my About section.  I took the other one down because, quite frankly, it was outdated.  I think it’s important to not only put your best foot forward, but also put your most updated foot forward. One of the worst things you can do is present yourself as someone you were several years ago.  That’s the old you.  You’ve changed.  As such, you should present who you are now. My latest #resume – with links

I just updated my resume again.  This time I added links to all my social media pages. Some of you may be thinking, “why does he keep updating his resume so often?”  You need to realize that it isn’t just important – it’s VITAL – to update your resume EVERY TIME you have an update – no matter how small. Got a new job? Update. Got a new social media page? Update. Changed your social media username? Update. Yes – ALL THREE are reasons to update.  There are many more, but you get the point. Don’t give up on that #job #search – Try #freelance

For those that don’t know I graduated with a master in mass communication in May 2015.  Since then, I have been looking for a job. But, I recently decided to also look into freelance work.
