Maple pecan latte is as good as it sounds
If you haven’t tried the new beverage, then what are you waiting for? It’s the perfect combination of maple syrup, brown butter, and pecan flavors. Finish it off with a sugary topping, and you have a drink that will wow everyone! It’s available chilled, hot or blended – frappucino-style.
I had a tall maple pecan latte, which has 290 calories, 11 grams of fat, 39 grams of carbs and 9 grams of protein. So, if you’re thinking about numbers, keep those in mind. But, if you’re looking for a splurge, then it’s the perfect addition to the autumn menu.
Apple pound cake? Another great addition
But, don’t forget about the caramelized apple pound cake. After all, you have to have your cake and drink something with it, too. The taste of apple combined with the latte’s maple flavor? Yeah! It’s that good!
Health-conscious people should know the numbers: 400 calories, 12 grams of fat, 68 grams of carbs and 6 grams of protein. But, again, for a rare treat, it’s a great idea to welcome the fall season.
Is this the new pumpkin spice latte?
Of course, we all remember how the pumpkin spice latte brought on the pumpkin extravaganza. With breakfast cereals, oatmeal, cookies and other assorted food and drinks, pumpkin spice was everywhere. So, it stands to reason that maple could be the new pumpkin spice.
It’s too soon to tell if the maple pecan latte will be as popular as the pumpkin spice latte. However, given how many articles have been written about it, the popularity is growing.
